Steamer, length 70.6 feet, beam 23.8 feet, draft 8.4 feet. Built in 1898 by George Kneass at San Francisco, California, for $11,844.35. In service 1898-1917 primarily in Alaskan waters. Named for the geographic area of Taku Inlet, Southeast Alaska.
