ALBERT J. HOSKINSON CITATION FOR LEGION OF MERIT   Commander Albert J. Hoskinson, Coast and Geodetic Survey, performed outstanding services as supervisor of survey courses at the Field Artillery School from June 1942 to April 1946. He instituted thorough and complete survey courses, constantly promoted superior survey training, and ably developed techniques particularly suitable to artillery requirements. Through his exceptional initiative, professional skill, and tireless attention to details, Commander Hoskinson greatly enhanced the steady improvement in speed and accuracy of artillery survey.
