Henry C. Olsen, who was engaged in flight checking the Reno aeronautical chart, was killed in an automobile accident near Reno, Nevada, on April 21, his 35th birthday. He was one of the first flight checkers appointed and had been engaged on checking aeronautical charts of the western area.
